Did you use HTV for the bag? What heat setting do you use if so?
Hi Megan, yes you’d use HTV but I can’t recall the heat setting I usually use, sorry. I’m not a big HTV person. I’m partial to fabric paint usually. Most HTV’s tell you what’s best to use if you’re using an iron vs a heat press.
super cute! Thanks so much!
Hi, just curious which monogram font you actually used 🙂
Thanks!
Hi Steph! We just used an online monogram maker that’s one time use. I just Googled “online monogram maker” and used one and traced it in the software.
Would love to know what vinyl you used for the adorable bag. Did you use adhesive vinyl or HTV? This exact bag has been a project I’ve been wanting to attempt but have been hesitant. Thanks!

Hi Candy! For fabric bags, you can use either HTV or Fabric Paint. Adhesive Vinyl won’t stick for long, even the permanent kind. Hope this helps! 🙂
I actually have one of these bags. I was hesitant to use htv because I was afraid that my heat press would melt the purse. So it’s okay to use?
Thanks from France!
