A FEW FAQS ON THE CUT FILES…
I’m getting an error message when I click the .Studio3 file and it won’t open.
Yep, that’s because your computer doesn’t know what program to use to open it. To open it, you need to open Silhouette Studio first. Then go to File>Open and select the file from your desktop (or wherever you saved the cut file).
How Do I Use the SVGs?
You will need the Designer Edition of the Silhouette Studio software to open an SVG file. You can get it on Amazon here. They sometimes have it as low as about $25 which is about half of retail and was available at the time this posted. If you have the Designer Edition of the software, here is a video tutorial on using SVGs.
How Do I Get the Designs into My Silhouette Studio?
Unless you’re buying from the Silhouette Design Store, designs won’t automatically download to Silhouette Studio.
- First, save the downloads to a folder on your desktop.
- Then, open Silhouette Studio.
- From within the software, Go to File>Open and select the design(s) you want to use.
- Once you have them open you can go to File>Save>Save to Library to save them in Silhouette Studio.
Happy creating!

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I was looking for to make a little sign for my porch!!
You’re so welcome!!
Cute design. Where can you purchase those kinds of bags that you displayed your design on?
Hi Stephanie, Just google “blank paper grocery bags with handle” or “Blank paper shopping bags with handle” and you’ll get a variety of options. 🙂
Thanks!!
Thank you for your superb freebies!! You gals make it easier than any other site I’ve come across. I always come back to y’all! Thanks a ton from me!!!
Thank you so much, Julianna, you made our day!
I would love to use this design as wall art for Halloween this year. Do you by chance have a pdf version?
We don’t sorry! But you could totally DIY it with the Silhouette and sketch pens!
Love the file! Thank you for your generosity.
You’re so welcome, Anne! 🙂
Love how clear the design is on the paper bag. Is it printed directly on the paper bag or heat pressed using vinyl?
Hi Sherece! This was done with a mockup but to make this I’d use HTV only if your bag is fabric. For a paper bag, I’d either glue on a paper cut out , use adhesive cardstock, or vinyl. 😉
Thank you so much for replying me.
Love your designs! Thanks so much for sharing them!!
I was signing up for your emails, but my email address is being repeatedly rejected as not being valid. I have had this addy for well over 20 yrs, and it’s never been declined … help, please?
